Responsibilities
The HR Associate Director is the HR face to the business leadership for the areas it supports and has five main areas of focus:
This role supports the Seishin Manufacturing site and plays a key role in talent development, identifying and enabling the capabilities needed to drive strategic staffing plans, and creating an inclusive and dynamic environment that fosters innovation to speed medicines to patients.
Know the Business
Understands and contributes insight into the business strategy.
Learns the culture, environment and style of the business and its leadership.
Partners with site and organizational head(s) and lead team(s)
Develop and Enable a Workforce Strategy
Ensures that the business has an effective workforce strategy.
Enables business leadership to recruit, develop and retain talent to meet leadership and technical capabilities needed in the organization.
Provides strategies to help ensure that the workforce is diverse, engaged, motivated, and appropriately rewarded to achieve both long- and short-term business objectives.
Develops and executes a diversity and inclusion strategy that enables the business to achieve its business objectives.
Bring HR Competence
Is bold and brings innovative solutions to solve business problems.
Partners with subject matter experts in HR COEs to provide support to the business.
Leads annual HR processes and programs, diversity and inclusion programs, and metrics (including Pulse/Leadership Compass and action plans)
Partners with the site and finance team for business plan including headcount management, buyups and target transfers.
Balance the Needs of Leadership, Employees and the Company
Enables high quality informed decisions by advocating, in a balanced way the needs and priorities of the company, leadership and the employee.
Maintains objectivity to provide business leaders with different and balanced perspectives.
Lead within Lilly HR Community
Partners with HR COEs to continuously improve HR services to enable desired business outcomes and experiences.
Shares best practices across HR.

完全週休2日制(土・日曜日)、祝日、クリスマス、年末年始・夏期※年間休日125日 年次有給休暇、慶弔等
