Delivering Security Services at Sony Semiconductor Solutions and all subsidiaries including overseas to contribute the critical business.

●担当予定の業務内容

Responsible for Risk Management on Information Assets(Network, Cloud Service, In-house developed systems/Web site and AI, etc.) and third parties used in Sony Semiconductor Solutions and all subsidiaries. Conducting following activities below with team members and third parties.

-Conducting the risk evaluation, considering risk mitigation plan and executing it, and risk monitoring for Network, Cloud Service, In-house developed systems/Web site and AI, etc.

-Operating the risk management tool(e.g. Archer)

-Enhancing the risk awareness and promoting the appropriate actions through collaboration with business sections.

This role is responsible for conducting Risk Management on Information Assets and third parties globally at Sony Semiconductor Solutions.

●Working Environment and Atmosphere

Information Security Department was newly established in Apr 2024 and full of excellent opportunities to build operations leveraging flexibility and creativity. We are seeking the best in class Information Security Management Structure to support the semiconductor business globally with approximately 20 members from diverse backgrounds.

※This job posting is for General Employment Contract employees, which means there is a possibility of future reassignment to different job areas or technical domains.

Additionally, there is a potential for relocation to various branch offices, factories, or sales offices nationwide.

必要となるスキル/経験

●Must

・Strong Interest on Information Security or GRC(Governance Risk Compliance)

・IT Knowledge on IT Infrastructure or Network or Cloud Service or Application(e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, Linux, Windows, etc.)

・Project Management Experience on System Developments for small projects.

●Want

・Experiences in operating the risk management Tool(e.g. Archer etc.)

・Capability of taking proactive actions in an environment with high uncertainty.

・Certifications: Related to IT, Cybersecurity, and Information Security such as Network Specialist, CCSP, AWS certification , GCP certification and Azure certification.

求める語学力

●Must

・TOEIC over 600 or the equivalent practical English communication experience(e-mail, Facilitation, Documentation and Presentation)

標準労働時間帯 9：00～17：30（勤務時間：7時間45分　休憩：45分）
フレックスタイム制あり（コアタイムなし）
時間外労働あり

休日・休暇

年間休日126日（2022年度）：完全週休2日制（土・日）、国民の祝日、年末年始、夏季一斉休日、個人別休日（個人が設定できる休日）
年次有給休暇 （初年度17日、最大24日）、その他特別休暇（結婚休暇、忌引休暇、育児休暇、介護や不妊治療等を行う際に使用できる休暇等）

試用期間

3カ月

昇給・給与

賞与：年2回支給（6月、12月）
給与改定：ジョブグレード制により、年功ではなく個人の役割・実績に応じ改定
ただし、役割に大きな変動が生じた場合は随時見直し
