Our Japan Business Service Group (JBS) belongs to Corporate IT, which develops applications for domestic departments and group companies of Nomura Securities using Agile methodology. Our mission is to contribute to the promotion of DX in cooperation with Business users, with agile development of "Made in Japan" quality utilizing the latest technology.
その中でもJBSのプロダクションサービスエンジニアは、システムのサポート環境の整備を行うと共に、オペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発や、プロジェクトチームとユーザの懸け橋となりビジネスニーズがマッチできるようプロジェクトの支援を行います。
JBS Production Service engineers are responsible for establishing the support environment for the system, as well as developing automation and efficiency solutions for operations. We also serve as a bridge between project teams and users to ensure that business needs are aligned and support the projects accordingly.
Responsibilities：
オペレーションの自動化や効率化の為の開発
アプリケーションのモニタリング環境の整備
障害管理、分析、報告、解決
課題管理とアクション計画策定
ビジネスとシステムのプロセスフローの分析、要件収集、ドキュメンテーション
本番環境とそのデータ管理、システム構成管理とオペレーション
本番環境の変更管理、UAT調整、リリース作業、リリース後のテスト・検証
Development to automate and improve efficiency of operations
Maintenance of monitoring systems
Incident management, analysis, documentation, and resolution
Problem management and remedial action planning
Business and system flow analysis, requirement gathering, documentation
Production data control, environment management, system configuration, and operations
Change management, UAT coordination, release implementation, and post-release testing and verification

開発またはサポート業務におけるIT経験
WindowsとLinux環境での作業

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly (often independently)
Strong sense of problem ownership and the ability to prioritize well
Track record demonstrating strong analytical skills
IT Experience in a development or support role
Comfort navigating and working in Windows and Linux environments

株式取引システムの開発またはサポート経験
英語の読み書きと会話（ビジネスレベル）
金融や金融商品に関する知識
SQLとデータベースの使用経験
プログラミング経験（C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA等）
システムの設計、開発等の経験
クラウド環境にあるシステムのサポート経験（AWS, GCP, Azure等）
ITILの概念とServiceNowなどのツールの理解
DevOps/ツールチェーン(Ansible、Jenkins、Git)と監視/ログ管理ツール(Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentinel, Splunk, ELK)の利用経験
証券外務員資格
English reading, writing, and/or speaking ability
Finance and/or financial product knowledge
Database experience and the ability to write/understand SQL
Programming experience (C#, Java, PHP, Python, VBA, etc.)
Experience working in a design, or development role
Experience supporting applications on Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
Understanding of ITIL concepts and tools such as ServiceNow
Familiar with DevOps/toolchain (Ansible, Jenkins, Git) and monitoring/log management tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentinel, Splunk, ELK).
