仕事内容●Job purpose
Renova is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join its Philippines office, supporting the development of renewable energy projects in the country.
This role is ideal for early-career professionals ([3-5]years of experience) who are passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to impactful, long-term energy solutions.
●Responsibilities
Assignments will include, but not limited to:
・Evaluate new business opportunities in the Philippines
・Conduct market research, policy analysis, and feasibility studies
・Build relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, landowners, and potential partners
・Support project structuring, permitting, and financial modeling
・Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and internal reports
・Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial advisors
・Participate in site visits, negotiations, and project documentation

経験・資格●Must
・Professional experience, preferably in energy industry.
・Strong analytical and communication skills
・Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
・Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
●Plus
・Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project
・Familiarity with Philippine energy regulations and permitting processes
・Stakeholder engagement experience (e.g., LGUs, DENR, DOE, BOI, partners, suppliers, contractors, customers, banks)
・Financial modeling / contract management skills
・Familiarity with Google Earth, QGIS, MS Project, MS office

勤務条件8 hours per day (typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with flexible hours.
Overtime hours: Approximately 20 hours.
