As a Business Integrator you will be working with a wide range of internal business partners to help evaluate, design, and deliver processes and technology that ensure their success. We need people who love interacting with people and technology, who are willing to go after complex problems, and who have an ability to think innovatively and encourage and implement positive change.

Use your learning agility to gain an understanding of your business partners' needs, processes, and the technology that they use to successfully fulfill their objectives.
Your communication skills will be used to become a translator of business needs and to communicate to IT counterparts in order to deliver successful projects and technology.
Your understanding of data flows and data visualization concepts will be key ways to enhance communication with business partners.
Bring to bear your technology skills to do ad-hoc data and root cause analysis as required.
Being able to work cross-functionally.
Remain constantly curious and continually educate yourself on the technologies related to this role to ensure the current and future success of your business partners, teammates, and yourself!
Use your soft skills (relationship building, excellent communication) to influence business decisions, products, vendors, technologies we use to ensure the success of your team.

経験・資格Basic Qualifications
IT related experience (Industry or Consulting firm)
Business level Japanese / English communication
Additional Preferences
Experience translating complex, ambiguous concepts into actionable plans
Strong networking, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Familiarity with issue reporting tools such as JIRA
Experience authoring business cases, validation documentation, and cost/benefit analysis to ensure a capability is competitive, compliant, and effective
Experience/ knowledge in Clinical Development

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム：5時～22時内で勤務。(ただし、一斉休憩を除く)1日の必要最低労働時間：4時間(半日休暇時は2時間)一斉休憩：12時～13時
完全週休2日制（土・日曜日）、祝日、クリスマス、年末年始・夏期※年間休日125日 年次有給休暇、慶弔等
