仕事内容: Position Summary:
This position is responsible for achievement of profitable growth by ensuring award of target AMS portfolio business.
Contribute to developing，maintaining and establishing the customer relationship.Also responsible for meeting departmental commercial &strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
・Lead the commercialization and award of the AMS Group’s portfolio，technical innovations and solutions to multiple customers from diverse industries.
・Support Managing Director in creation of strategic plans and metrics to establish long-range goals，strategies and policies in support of revenue channels and business initiatives with AMS Group.
・Track and maintain project commercial issues list and closure of all issues within committed timeframes.
・Single point contact for customer account during and after AMS portfolio business award.
・Initiate，develop and grow customer relationship during award lifetime，paving the way for optimal and efficient ongoing commercial negotiations.
・Work with Program Management，Business Development，Costing and Technical Leads to put together ‘value proposition’and business case for pursuing new business and improving margins on existing business.
・Negotiate price changes with customer to achieve favorable impact.
・Participate in internal AMS Gate reviews，product reviews，commercial，timing and legal IP reviews.
・Foster an environment of continuous improvement and the mindset to exceed customer expectations.
・Work with Engineering，Manufacturing，Program Management，Purchasing and Finance to ensure quotes are competitive，accurate and submitted on time for customer.
・Track and monitor progression on raw material pricing and other economic agreements (royalty，licensing etc.)
・Develop and lead price negotiations with the customer ensuring consistency at the customer level.
・Understand and properly utilize internal systems and procedures.
・May，on occasion，be required to perform duties other than those specified in this description
Work Environment/Work Conditions:
・Professional Office Environment
・Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor
・Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required
・Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury

Education and Qualification:
・Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business;Masters in Business (MBA)an added plus
・Diverse experience in chemical or consumer goods industry including exposure in areas like engineering，sales，
commercial and marketing;internship/co-op experiences will be considered.
・Proven excellence in customer relationship and account management
・Work in cross functional teams
・Ability to articulate complex ideas and communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
・Ability to make decisions on customer requests varying from program support to profit margin，which affects long term profitability
・Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional negotiating abilities
・Project management skills are desired with excellent ability to prioritize，multitask and organize
・Familiarity in polymers，material sciences，chemical processing and added plus
・Proficient in Microsoft Office ・Willingness and ability to travel，as necessary
