●Overview

We are looking for a motivated Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) with a passion for product design to join our team to work on reshaping complex products with intuitive and effective solutions in the cloud security industry. Fluency in both English and Japanese is a must, along with strong communication skills to seamlessly collaborate with our cross-functional teams.

You will be working in a leading cloud-based security provider in Japan, focusing on projects related to our flagship product, HENNGE One, which offers access control, email archiving, and other security and productivity-related functionalities for enterprise companies. Therefore, experience in BtoB projects or a strong interest in this field would be advantageous.

●Key Responsibilities

・Develop visually appealing and user-centered designs based on requirements and research findings.

・Collaborate with product managers and developers in the design process for new features and enhancements.

・Utilize our established design system to maintain consistency and coherence across our interfaces.

・Continuously improve user experience through iterative design and feedback analysis.

・Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to the refinement of our design system.

・Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design principles, and user personas.

・Work closely with customer support teams to address user feedback and identify areas for product improvement.

●Interview Process

・Resume and portfolio

・Casual interview (In Japanese)

・Design assignment screening (Approximate time for the task 2-3hours)

・1st interview

・2nd interview

・Interview with our executives

We will normally inform you of the screening result within two weeks via email and invite you to the several online interview rounds.

※In principle, coming into the office is recommended. (Depending on the department, the ratio of remote/office work can change)

【Minimum Qualifications】

・Experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design.

・Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.

・Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset.

・Good communication skills in both English and Japanese(N2 and above).

・Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews.

・Live, plan to live, or relocate within commuting distance of our Tokyo office

【Nice to have】

・Experience working in the security-related industry

・Experience working with design systems.

・Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusivity in design solutions.

・Experience conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.

勤務時間

10:00-19:00
Flex Time (Core Time is 10:00-15:00) with 1hour break
*approximately 20 hours of overtime work per month.

完全週休2日制（土曜・日曜）、祝日、夏季、年末年始（12/29～1/3）

年次有給休暇：初年度最大10日付与

試用期間

3 months

昇給・給与

・賞与：年1回（12月）または年2回（6月・12月）
※初支給のタイミングはご入社月によって異なります。
