仕事内容

●To re-establish procurement operation and to assume full responsibility for procurement activities in those
●Overall procurement process implementation
・Re-establishing all the procurement activities in those portfolio where procurement activities are currently shared by multiple functions
●Sourcing Strategy
・Develop，implement and drive procurement strategies for appointed projects.
・Engage with global buyer for the contract and PO placement to global suppliers.
・Implementation of Tactical and Strategic sourcing agreements for Logistics，Capex/MRO and Repack spending in Japan.
・Support Procurement Managers by providing timely and accurately assistance on relevant topics and initiatives as required for appointed projects.
・Implement e-sourcing strategy in Japan.
●Contracting
・Support Contract Negotiations
・Deployment of our UPA/CTC with suppliers
・Resolve operating issues related to suppliers
・Documentation-ensure all documents creation and preservation as per our policy.
●Supply process
・Spend analysis.
・Business recommendations and System compliance.
・Monitor and track the KPIs set for key suppliers e.g.on-time delivery leading to best value to business and customer’s needs
●Order placement and execution
・Ensure Tendering Process and Documents Flow Process are being executed according to the purchasing policy
●Vendor performance tracking/monitoring
・Constantly maintains detailed supplier database
・Supplier performance tracking (KPIs)
●Other tasks
・Coordinate teamwork
・To develop Strategic working relationship network with internal stake-holders.
・Prepares reports for WL2 Manager:Projects status，KPI，Savings，other reports upon request.
・Following Procurement mandate of ERP systems:ISIS，SAP，Ariba，CLM......
・Arrange and plan supplier liaison meetings and audit visits according to the supply procedures.

-Strong drive to re-establish procurement operation for those portfolio
●Procurement background
-Ideally，procurement experience in one or some of those portfolio in manufacturing industry.
●English
-Business English to communicate with internal stakeholders
●Others
-Multiple Stakeholder management
-Challenges of working with Knowledge based Service Industry and expectation management both Internal and external
-Manage project timelines from a procurement perspective，and ensure that OTIF is in order
-Team work spirit and coordinate with other WL1s in the market Team
-Change management in case of process and system rollouts
-Local Industry Analysis to identify Best in Class suppliers
-The company’s database analysis to develop innovative costing methodologies
-Supplier relationship Management.
●Bachelor degree or above
※Don’t have to have all of experience (capex，logi，re-pack)，even one area is ok.
●FMCG background is preferred，another industry is also fine.
●Good at PC
●Good communication，negotiation and interpersonal skills
●English communication (TOEIC 730 above)
●Self motivated and result oriented personality
●Position in the Organisation /For Manager only
