Job Overview：
This role is within the Wholesale Production Services team, supporting Front Office Trading Systems for our Global Execution Services Business. Our team works closely with Business and other IT groups to provide high quality support for trading and settlement systems.

■Responsibilities：
Lead responses to incidents with strong ownership from issue detection to resolution and subsequent enhancements.
Represent production services in projects discussions on future application or infrastructure deployments and ensure non-functional factors such as monitoring, supportability, policy compliance, and documentation are accounted for.
Effectively communicate and liaise with both our internal users and external partners, demonstrating our commitment to resolving any queries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Ensure strong compliance with incident, change, access and other policies both individually and by showing leadership in this space for the wider team.
Investigate and promptly resolve any system issues to maintain high levels of efficiency and minimize any potential risks.
Ensure the smooth operation and stability of our processes and systems through proactive monitoring and preventative measures, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with our development teams to safely and reliably manage change to our live environment, ensuring seamless integration of updates and enhancements.
Willingness to work flexible shift based hours, including early mornings or late evenings, and some weekends, to ensure the smooth operation Global Execution Services business.
経験・資格＜Qualification＞
・Degree holder or above
＜Experience＞
・In an Equities Trading System Support role involving live system operations, maintenance, and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is desirable.
＜Language(s)＞
・Fluent written and spoken English
・Japanese skills would be beneficial for the role
＜Technical and Business Skills＞
・Linux/UNIX Server and Networking fundamentals
・Databases-SQL experience with any DB system
・Programming/Scripting-Python, Perl/Shell Script or similar language
