上記のようなステークホルダーからの要請を満たすことは、野村グループの企業価値向上にも直結することから、本業務は重要な経営事項の一つとして位置づけられています。
当グループでは野村グループの財務会計担当として、米国会計基準での連結財務諸表の作成および報告・開示業務を担っております。
日々の財務会計に関する制度の運用のためには、社内各部署や監査法人との意見調整や合意形成が求められるため、コミュニケーション能力および遂行力が重要となります。
業務遂行に際しては野村グループの海外拠点とのグローバルなコワークも必要とされるため、英語でのコミュニケーションの機会も多くあります。
Financial controllers play an important role of preparing and disclosing accurate and appropriate financial statements for all stakeholders including shareholders, lenders, rating agencies and board members. As the role is closely linked to Nomura Group’s corporate value, the job responsibilities are viewed as having significant importance for the running of the business.
Financial controllers perform a wide range of duties including preparation and publishing the consolidated financial statements for USGAAP.
Strong communication skills and execution capabilities are required to liaise and agree with other departments and external auditors.
Various opportunities to further develop English not only internally but also by working together with overseas subsidiaries.
野村ホールディングスおよび野村證券単体財務諸表作成(日本会計基準、米国会計基準)
各種開示・報告資料の作成(決算短信、有価証券報告書、金融庁報告等)
単体財務諸表・開示に関する分析およびマネジメント・各種会社機関への報告
制度変更に関する財務会計に係る対応(会計基準変更、関連法令改正)
新規取引・商品に対する財務会計上の影響分析、承認
財務会計に係る監査/SOX対応
各種プロジェクト遂行
会計システムの維持管理、各種会計関連システム基盤の構築
Prepares NHI and NSC stand-alone monthly financial statements (JGAAP, USGAAP)
Prepares various regulatory reporting (Quarterly earnings, Annual Securities Report, JFSA reporting)
Provides financial analyses for Management and various Committees within Nomura
Coordinates changes to regulatory requirements relating to Financial accounting
Analyzes accounting issues for new products
Interacts with external/Internal Audit on Finance matters.
Works on special assignments related to Financial accounting
Maintains and assist in the improvement of Financial Accounting System
経験・資格金融業界経験は問わないが、証券業界のファイナンス業務に興味があり、積極性・規律性のある方

英語でのコミュニケーションを厭わない方

会計業務経験(業界問わず)
会計、金融、証券に関する知識や資格(公認会計士、CFA、USCPA、証券アナリスト等)
グローバルなプロジェクト業務経験
プレゼンテーション作成スキル
experience in accounting (regardless of industry)
High degree of understanding of Accounting and Financial Industry. Qualifications in CPA, CFA, CMA would be a plus.
Experience in a global project would be a plus.
Effective presentation skills would be a plus.
