Position Description:
・This role will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution for the Cyramza Gastrointestinal portfolio, which includes indications in Gastric, Colorectal, and Hepatocellular cancers. This role requires cross-functional leadership, communication, and collaboration and will be primarily responsible for the strategic direction of the brand across these indications.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
・Lead a team in execution of the brand strategy
・Lead the customer targeting, messaging, and placement strategy
・Prepare for and present at key sales leadership meetings
・Support the MCE/TL/P2P brand strategy leads with strategic direction and support
・In partnership with Market Research, utilize KPIs to guide development of priority solutions
・Partner with market research to lead market research initiatives, as needed
・Analyze sales performance and determine strategic focus
・Lead the customer and business planning processes
・Lead the medical/marketing collaboration/partnership
Requirements:
・Pharma brand marketing/strategy experience
・Sales experience (Medical representative)
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Business level English(TOEIC 800)
・Work at Hyogo
・Passion for helping people living with cancer in Japan
・Experience in brand marketing/strategy
・Experience and desire to develop and coach others
・Ability to prioritize multiple, complex workstreams while also work independently
・Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners
・Strong strategic thinking and execution
・Proven track record of successful performance

・Strong English written/verbal communication
Additional Preferences
・Oncology marketing experience
・Proficiency with IT tools (ie. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

・Position requires approximately 10-30% domestic/international travel
・Occasional early morning and evening conference calls with global colleagues
