【職務内容】
Leads SOA (Source of Authority) HCP media strategy development and works with internal teams, external and agencies and vendors to identify new OCE channels. Build and lead the company HCP SOA touchpoint strategy within the Omnichannel engagement orchestration.
The main duties include:
Lead the development and execution of paid media (SOA) strategies
She/He works with in-house cross functional stakeholders (both commercial and medical), brand teams, paid media, and OCE teams to lead the PDCA cycle of paid media strategies. Create high-quality OCE campaign plans (Agency of Record, Media Services/Agency, Digital Agency, Analytics, IT, etc.).
Through SA agreements with M3, SA meetings, and the use of innovation funds, we will achieve results by utilizing paid media and maximizing the return on investment.
Development of new Paid media channels, solutions
In cooperation with external vendors, she/he will develop a new OCE channel with paid media and lead the verification of effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders through all steps of the OCE planning framework (segmentation, investment modeling, message flow/content strategy, channel mix, campaign design, and measurement planning). Identify plans for brand and OCE deliverables for review and approval when newly implemented.
After standardizing the developed tools, scale them to other BUs/Functions.
Improve operational excellence
Lead the improvement of operational excellence by standardizing and simplifying operations with OCE or BT and the four paid media companies, and creating procedures to prevent compliance violations.
Identifies opportunities for overall improvement of OCE processes and approaches and standardizes improvements across business units.
Influences internal "systems", develops SOPs, and works with the OCE lead team to enable OCE implementation across functions as needed.
Promote decision-making by utilizing Paid media data
Lead data linkage and dashboard development to facilitate MKTG or MR data-driven decision-making using data from paid media

【必須経験】
At least a bachelor's degree
experience in Marketing and/or Brand Team at Pharmaceutical or Health Care Industry
Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
Strong decision-making skills and experience, as well as the ability to influence others
Ability to manage the implementation of complex functions in cross-functional teams
Ability to proactively identify problems and find solutions
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments
Strong execution excellence and understanding of current data/technology solutions
Business Level English skills to be able to collaborate with global and internal counterparts.

This also includes experience in media management, digital marketing, and/or channel strategy development and implementation
Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English, including high EQ, strong listening skills, excellent clarity of "why", and clear clarity of concepts.
