仕事内容＜THE PURPOSE OF THIS JOB＞
Learn the skills and knowledge required to perform the role of Unit Supervisor, focusing on executing strategies, developing team capabilities, and supporting the company’s smoke-free transformation.
＜Key Responsibilities＞
[1] Strategy&Planning
Learn to develop unit strategies aligned with district policies.
Communicate objectives clearly to team members.
Review progress, identify issues, and adjust plans as needed.
Present monthly goals for each territory and align with the team.
[2] Sales Responsibilities
Create and execute action plans to maximize sales activities.
Monitor KPI progress and provide timely feedback.
Ensure actions decided in unit meetings are executed.
Lead negotiations with key companies that impact regional performance.
[3] B2B Sales&Trade Partner Management
Collaborate with offices/branches to resolve issues related to B2B partners handling the company’s products.
Track KPIs related to B2B sales and partner management, and support necessary action plan adjustments.
Ensure agreed B2B/partner-related activities are implemented effectively.
Lead negotiations with partner companies and offices/branches that influence performance
[4] Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support regional and district initiatives such as projects, training programs, and business improvement activities.
[5] Compliance&Work Environment
Ensure adherence to all internal and external rules and regulations.
Promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment.
Conduct market checks to prevent and report compliance issues promptly.
[6] Organizational Management
Partner with P&C (HR) to recruit suitable candidates.
Set goals, coach, evaluate, and provide feedback to team members.
Address performance issues promptly.
Identify talent and support development for future roles.
Provide ongoing guidance and supervision.
[7] Project Execution
Plan and deliver region-driven projects, such as training and networking sessions for Field Executives.
