仕事内容■Overview
This Inc. is seeking PhD-level research scientists to advance our cancer screening technology using Caenorhabditis elegans.
Our mission is to make early cancer detection a universal standard by combining unique biological sensing mechanisms, molecular biology, and AI/data science.
This position involves hypothesis-driven research in an interdisciplinary, partially uncharted area, allowing candidates to lead research projects from design to implementation.

■Responsibilities
Lead research projects on cancer detection technology
Plan, design, and perform experiments
Analyze data and interpret results
Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
Contribute to intellectual property creation
Collaborate with universities, hospitals, and industry partners

経験・資格■Qualifications
Required:
PhD (or expected) in relevant scientific fields
(Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Agriculture, etc.)
English proficiency for scientific reading, writing, and communication
Preferred:
Experience with C. elegans or other model organisms
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or statistical analysis
Programming skills (Python, R etc.)
First-author or corresponding-author publications
Experience in securing competitive research funding
Experience in industry-academia collaboration or startup research
