仕事内容

機内食の製造及び航空機への搭載における業務改善をご担当頂きます。
外国籍の上司と現場担当の間でコミュニケーションを取りながら、改善ポイントを探したり、本社から指示のあった施策を現場に落とし込んで頂きます。
●Perform diagnostics on major cost drivers (material，labor，Other Operating costs).
●Plan，guide and support business units to achieve productivity，material waste reduction，safety and quality targets via lean transformations.
●Set-up project team structure and coach unit project teams on priorities and deliverables
.
●Train and build capability in all levels of organization regarding lean manufacturing.
●Enable local management to successfully drive and own improved processes.
●Coach，train and develop local management on project methodology，basic lean principles and best practice concepts.
●Manage change management projects from concept，through to ensuring successful implementation.
●Implement performance management tools to ensure sustainability of changes.
●Work closely with the units in creating and maintaining related training materials and supporting documentation.
●Develop and present proposals for improvements considering all essential factors.
●Ensure current and future states documented and savings/benefits captured through continuous imporvement trackers.
●Manage the development and implementation of material management solutions (such as MIB)with units

●Implement scorecards/planning tools.
●Propose and keep up with company best practices and benchmark initiatives.
●Coach other Continuous Improvement/OPEX Managers and lead training and presentation sessions.
●Work with Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques，such as 8 Waste，Just in Time，Value Stream Mapping，Kanban system，Problem Solving，FIFO and 5s and workplace organization including layout changes when necessary.
●Formal training in LEAN and /or Six Sigma.

経験・資格

※出身業界不問(製造業の経験者の方歓迎)
※英語でのコミュニケーションを問題なく行える方
●Work Experience:
・Experience in operational environment，leading teams，meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
・Experience analyzing operations and its cost drivers，analyzing material and information flows，and analyzing productivity，material consumption and operational expenses.
・Experience implementing Continuous Improvement /Lean /Six Sigma concepts in manufacturing /logistics environment.
・Experience with concepts of 8 wastes，5S，problem solving skills，Value Stream Mapping，JIT.
・Knowledge of operations/production of food industry /airline catering preferred
・Experience in business process redesign.
●Technical Skills:(Certification，Licenses and Registration)
・Business-minded and customer focused with proven experience understanding and impacting on the cost drivers of product and labor cost variances.
・Results and target oriented.
・Good leadership skills with a hand-on approach with the ability to train and mentor.
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
・Pragmatic and，analytical.
・Good understanding and knowledge of catering industry related to operations and，processes，with the ability to accurately articulate this verbally and in writing.
・Innovative &open to new ideas
・A change agent with proven experience of effectively initiating change to support the business
・Able to manage multiple deadline in an organized and effective manner
・Computer literate (Word，Excel，Outlook etc.)_
・Able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
・Ability to coach，influence，consult，implement，evaluate，present and initiate
●Language /Communication Skills:
・Good command of English essential
・Japanese desirable
