| 仕事内容 | 【Function Specific Activities】 ●This position is responsible for: ・Act as microbiological expert and consultant by responding to targeted questions and by providing laboratory tests for product development，commercialization，and for trouble shooting while making alignment with internal stakeholders both globally and locally. ・Design and carry out the microbiological tests and analytical tests with laboratory chemists by providing work direction and technical procedures，and by giving oversight for efficient and effective operation of laboratory. ・Develop new microbiological and/or analytical test methodology including new technology validation to strengthen quality system within our system. 【Key Areas of Responsibility】 ・Provide scientific and regulatory consultations on microbiology and analytical chemistry for business decisions. ・Design and conduct laboratory tests for both ingredients and beverages to enable fact based risk assessments. ・Exchange knowledge and tests internally and externally.Make alignment with microbiological community within the our system，and obtain up-to-date knowledge for beverage microbiology and laboratory tests. ・Operate laboratory tests on both microbiology and analytical chemistry in collaboration with other laboratory chemists to make the laboratory works be efficient and to obtain the expected outcome. ・Evaluate new and existing ingredients and beverages for the targeted purposes. ・Take ownership for maintaining ISO certifications in the laboratory. ・Manage laboratory instruments and operating budget including maintenance and calibrations. |

| 経験・資格 |
●Requirements/Qualifications/Skills ・At least 5 years working experience in either field of R&D or Quality assurance or Laboratory operations. ・Project Management skill and experiences. ・Knowledge for Microbiology or Analytical chemistry.Knowledge for Food thermal process，Beverage processing，Disinfectant are preferable. ・Good oral and written communication skills to make alignment with cross-functional teams to build consensus on technical viewpoints. ・Highly motivated to protect quality in holistic view and collaborative behavior. ・Innovative and logical thinking for development of business outputs. ・Experiences for root cause analysis and problem solving based on facts. ・Business level of English (Conversation and writing) ・Basic IT skill (Word，Excel，Power Point) ●Years of Experience ・5-7 Years Experience ●Leadership Behaviors ・DRIVE INNOVATION:Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business(encompassing everything from continuous improvement to new product and package innovation). ・COLLABORATE WITH SYSTEM，CUSTOMERS，AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS:Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholders to approximately stretch and impact the System (Company and Bottler). ・ACT LIKE AN OWNER:Deliver results，creating value for our Brands，our System，our customers，and key stakeholders. ・INSPIRE OTHERS:Inspire people to deliver our mission and 2020 Vision，demonstrate passion for the business and give people a reason to believe anything is possible. ・DEVELOP SELF AND OTHERS:Develop self and support others’development to achieve full potential. ※更なる詳細事項は、カウンセリング（面談）時にお伝えします。 ※上記資格要件を満たしていない方でも、応募・書類選考可能な場合がありますので、遠慮なくご相談ください。 |
