|仕事内容||●This position is a part of Human Factors Group:in charge of Consumer Insights for Brand and Shopper Insights for Channel and is responsible to bring strong business insights to key stakeholders based on consumer，shopper and market researches on brand and channel
●Lead process to deliver clear inputs to stakeholders including our company/bottlers/customers with holistic analysis as well as DIG (discover-ideate-go to market)research and analysis throughout the year with timely meaningful research plans.
●Enhance the impact on execution by sharing the results to external and internal stakeholders including at MC (Management Committee)meetings.
・Produce holistic analysis with clear recommendations and directions for Brand and Channel SBP (Strategic Business Plan:3 year business plan)/EBP (Executional Business Plan:1 year plan).Deliver key findings to help lead or facilitate and actively participate in SBP/EBP workshops.
・Take strong initiative to identify key business issues through close interactions with brand/channel teams and other stakeholders including our company/bottlers/customers to derive key business questions to be answered.
・Develop research learning plans based on DIG process and propose/execute appropriate research methodologies that will deliver clear directions by collaborating with other Strategy &Insights teams and external counterparts.
・Manage Brand research budgets to be aligned with strategic priorities of the system and enhance productivity.Manage effectively to work with the external suppliers through accurate briefing of our business/research objectives.
・Build supplier capability in order to maintain seamless tracking/reporting format and improve reporting quality.Enhance the impact on execution by sharing the results to external and internal stakeholders.
●Experience，Skills and Qualifications Required
・Understanding of consumer/shopper research and experience of running them.This includes qualitative and quantitative research，data analysis and data-grounded report writing.
・Skills of Intellectual curiosity，Strategic thinking，Problem solving，Leadership (sharing the vision and influence others)，Project management and Presentation.
・More than 3 years of Marketing or Consumer Research experience in FMCG Manufacturing Company，Business Consulting Company or Consumer Research Company
