仕事内容【Main responsibilities】
The clinical microbiology product management is in charge of all microbiology applications from manual to semi-manual and to automated ranges,for bacteria identification and susceptibility testing,as well as blood culture sterility analyses. The product range currently represents around 75% of the company sales in Japan.
【Main responsibilities include the following】
Within this company parent company guidelines,and in cooperation with its Global and Regional Marketing teams and the local Sales teams :
- Maintain a good knowledge of the market,health environment and regulations,trends,competitors,customer needs and other key drivers
- Define the yearly Sales budget for product range
- Draft the annual marketing plan for the product range
- Plan and prepare the product launch including regulatory schedule,customer product evaluations
- Define the product value,customer segmentation,product positioning ,best channel to customer and pricing strategies for product.
- Develop the promotional material needed to reach the customers,and influencers like medical doctors.
- Develop the sales aids and train the sales team to product knowledge,to the customers/others targets approach and to the desired presenting of IVD solutions
- Define and implement the strategy to leverage the Key opinion Leaders

- Relevant Sales budget (ambitious and realistic)
- Sales results of the product range as compared with budget
- Effective marketing plan
- Sales team training results
- Roll out and success of external marketing activities ( marketing material,campaigns,symposiums,product evaluations)
資格Profile
■Bacteriology background is a must,at University degree level or equivalent.
■The candidate will also demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of successful Sales & Marketing experience in the IVD.
■Fluency in English,written and oral,absolutely necessary to perform effectively daily contacts with bioM-rieux Regional and Corporate marketing teams.
■Dynamic,perseverant,flexible mindset,adaptable
■Strong analytical skills
■Communication skills : ability to communicate through written documents and live presentations to a variety of audiences from medical doctors to Sales teams
■In addition,a key success factor will be the ability to drive the sales through the Sysmex parent company’s sales teams : communication skills and personal leadership to motivate them without direct line management.
■Cooperative style : to work effectively with other functions like Regulatory,Supply Chain,Finance..etc.
