仕事内容	Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for general accounting， including Account Payable， Cash Management， Time-sheet reconciliation， year-end / month-end book closing. The support of financial planning and reporting is necessary with regular manner. Organization Relationships -Reports to local Controller -Supervises three clerks in Account Payable and Time sheet Duties and Responsibilities Account Payable: -Account reconciliation -Payment control -Manage and reconcile inter-company payable Cash Management: -Responsible for payable and petty cash -Cash forecasting in payable -Oversee payable chart of account and AP BPR project if possible Time sheet Reconciliation: -Supervise three clerks to do with Time sheet -Audit expense reimbursement -Post and reconcile Time sheet with G/L Other: -Backup compensation and social security related jobs， if necessary -Support managerial reporting in cost and expense
資格	Required Qualifications Education/Experience: -Bachelors degree， Finance， Accounting and Economics are preferable -5+ years working experience (3+ years working experience in Finance is preferable) English: -Skilled in reading， writing and listening -Basic in speaking -Necessary to attend conference call with global / regional staff Knowledge: -PC skills， Excel and PowerPoint in particular. Oracle preferable -Excellent communication and organization skills Key Competencies: -Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and to behave as customer first style -Out-of-box thinking style and a good team player -Ability to work to effectively produce accurate outputs even under any constraints Work Environment -Shared workspace (built out the office in March 2009) -Non-smoking environment -Ability to work hours required of the position -Base hours: 7.25 hours per a day (9:00 - 17:15)

資格	-Excellent Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - preferably in business administration or business management with Insurance background -2+ years experience in Insurance topics -Organization and prioritization skills，initiative，and ability to work well under pressure -Outstanding analytical and conceptual rigor -Strong communication and very good Japanese and English language skills -Ability to speak Mandarin and knowledge on Chinese Insurance market is clearly an advantage -Flexibility - extended assignments at client locations are possible
